Returns

We understand that sizing when shopping online can be difficult. In the case of purchase of a wrong sized item, we will happily exchange when the claim is made within 10 business days from purchase. Item must be in original condition complete with hang tags and hygiene stickers and cannot not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Salty Sparrow Bikini is not responsible for the return shipping costs. If an alternate size is not available in the same style, will a refund be issued.

In the case of a faulty item, Salty Sparrow Bikini will assess the item and reserve the right to repair or replace as soon as possible. You will need to return the original item with all tags in place and will be compensated for postage. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or on sale items.
